Job Description

The Culverhouse School of Accountancy at the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Accounting beginning August 16, 2027. Primary duties include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, engaging in a research program that results in outstanding scholarly publications, and performing service as assigned by the Department, College, and University.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
(1) A doctoral degree in accounting (in hand or completed by August 16, 2027); (2) a high-quality research agenda, and current working and / or published papers; (3) demonstrated excellence in teaching.
