Job Description
Precision Heli-Support LLC is looking for an Accounting Clerk for our site in Mesa, AZ . The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:
Inputting financial transactions into accounting software. Processing customer invoices. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Assist in monthly inventory reports. Assist in Processing payroll. Maintain organized records.Skills:
Attention to detail, Proficiency with computers and some knowledge of accounting software and other applications. Good math skills, organizational skills.Benefits Include:
