Job Description
This dynamic position requires an experienced accounts receivable specialist with collections / credit management knowledge. Must have Experience in Accounts receivable processing, accounting and credit. Monday Through Friday 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities Receive payments via check, credit card, ach processing, direct payments Post payments, maintaining customer A/R balances Process new customer credit applications Contact customers for collections as necessary Heavy email executing timely customer communications Navigate various 3rd party payment portals for posting and reconciliation Customer Service and answering phones Skills Must have Experience in Accounts receivable processing and credit management Experience in Microsoft programs, including Excel & Teams Highly organized with strong follow up skills Accuracy and attention to detail Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
