Key Requirements:

e-Commerce & Manufacturing industry experience Certified QuickBooks (preferred) Advanced experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (required) Experience with Amazon and eBay cash posting/reconciliations (required)

Core Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable management Daily billing/invoicing (approximately 10+ invoices per day) Cash application and cash posting AR aging review and analysis Collections and customer follow-up Credit and debit memo processing Account reconciliations Payment posting from Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms Maintain accurate customer accounts and AR records Support month-end AR reporting and close processes

Preferred Background:

Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Experience in high-volume transactional environments Strong Excel and reporting skills Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
