Full-Time, Onsite We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Bell, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an AR professional who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment, communicating with customers and vendors, and taking ownership of day-to-day accounts receivable responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong AR experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also providing guidance and support to newer team members. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounts receivable activities , including payment posting and account maintenance Post and apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner Apply credit memos and ensure customer accounts are properly reconciled Prepare and send customer invoices Respond to customer emails and inquiries regarding invoices, payments, balances, and account discrepancies Communicate professionally with customers and vendors to resolve payment and account issues Work directly with collection agencies regarding outstanding customer accounts Research and resolve discrepancies between customer accounts, payments, and invoices Assist with maintaining accurate AR records and documentation Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred Strong experience with payment posting and cash application Experience applying credit memos and processing customer invoices Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and collection agencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to research discrepancies and resolve account issues independently Ability to provide direction and support to less-experienced AR staff Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems preferred
Pay Details:
