Overview Join our public housing authority team as an Account Analyst I and play an important role in maintaining financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in public agency financial procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining tenant/vendor master files; completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices; maintaining utility usage records; generating vendor payments using the agency's software; and maintaining a professional, confidential, and helpful approach during all public interaction Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles, terminology, and financial records management Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting purposes Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and problem resolution Excellent organizational skills We are committed to a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.
