full-time LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile national retail customers while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume accounts receivable environment. Responsibilities of this AR Specialist include: Manage an assigned portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances Research, process, and resolve customer deductions and account discrepancies Perform account reconciliations Utilize customer portals to monitor account activity, submit documentation, and resolve payment issues Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment concerns Prepare reports and maintain detailed account records Support internal and external audit requests by providing account documentation and analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts receivable experience Experience supporting large customer accounts Strong account reconciliation and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and larger ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage priorities independently while working effectively within a team Benefit offerings include competitive salary with excellent benefits; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and 401K plan with employer match.
