Job Description

'Responsibilities' ' Process and review accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Processing business invoices to verify accuracy and obtain payment authorization Communicating with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues Scheduling payments according to invoice terms, such as Net 15 or Net 30 Maintaining accurate payment records Reconciling accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Collaborate with other finance team members to improve processes. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.' 'Qualifications' Proven experience in accounts payable or related administrative role. Proficiency with accounting software such as CostPoint or similar tools. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts. Excellent data entry and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.'
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
