What You'll Do:

Investigate and resolve hospital and facility billing issues Follow up on outstanding insurance and patient accounts Manage a daily workload of approximately 50 accounts Review and pursue aged receivables (120+ days) Communicate trends and billing issues to management to improve processes Work closely with insurance carriers and internal departments to ensure timely payment

What We're Looking For:

Medical Billing & Collections experience

REQUIRED

Experience with hospital or facility billing strongly preferred Insurance follow-up experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet goals
