Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment execution Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, inquiries, and payment issues efficiently Maintain strong internal controls and support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts payable Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency within the accounts payable function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in a complex or high-volume environment Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, general ledger impact, and basic accounting concepts Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software, along with advanced Excel skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
