Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations for a manufacturing organization in Dixon, California. Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting details, and prepare payments in accordance with established timelines and company procedures.
- Record customer payments, assist with billing follow-up, and maintain accurate receivable balances to support steady cash flow.
- Enter financial data into accounting systems with a strong focus on completeness, precision, and proper documentation.
- Maintain organized records for invoices, payment activity, and account transactions to support audits and internal reviews.
- Reconcile account information by comparing system entries with source documents and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Use QuickBooks and related tools to update accounting records, track transactions, and generate routine financial information.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to clarify invoice issues, payment status, and account questions.
