Position Title:

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

General Accounting AR/AP Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft office Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

AR/AP/GL/ACS

accounting entries and bookkeeping. Accounts receivable management and reporting Check preparation, deposit and bank reconciliation Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement. Posting of Approved Costs and DNs by Month-End to facilitate Closing. Filing (of checks, Pier Pass payments, etc.) Assist in Financial Reporting for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Close.
