This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and working in a collaborative business services environment. The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, account reconciliations, and general accounting support. Candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow within accounting will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time. Enter, update, and maintain financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets. Reconcile invoices, payments, vendor statements, and customer accounts. Assist with month-end close activities, reports, and general ledger support. Research and resolve billing, payment, and documentation discrepancies. Support the accounting team with filing, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks as needed.
