Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions Perform general ledger reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports Process and reconcile payroll Maintain monthly inventory reports Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and discrepancies Communicate and collaborate with department managers and store locations Assist with vendor procurement and service agreement negotiations Perform filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative duties Complete special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1-2 years of accounting and/or office administration experience Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid Vacation Retirement Program If you're ready to grow your accounting career with Lee's Sandwiches, apply today!
