Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations in Gardena, California. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating loan-related documentation, and managing key accounting activities with a high degree of organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Excel and QuickBooks, can keep deadlines on track through effective calendaring, and brings a strong understanding of reconciliations, payables, and receivables.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and oversee routine bookkeeping activities to support smooth daily operations.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data.
  • Reconcile bank accounts regularly and investigate discrepancies to preserve the integrity of accounting records.
  • Prepare and organize documentation related to loans and refinancing, ensuring files are complete and compliant with applicable requirements.
  • Calculate loan interest and assist with tracking payment details, balances, and key financial deadlines.
  • Use Excel and QuickBooks to manage reports, update records, and support financial analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate calendars, monitor important due dates, and help keep financial tasks and documentation organized.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support that helps leadership stay informed and prepared for upcoming financial obligations.
