We operate across major online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms, supported by integrated warehouse and fulfillment operations across the United States. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced bilingual Bookkeeper to support our high-volume eCommerce and distribution operations. Position Overview The Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience and is comfortable working with high transaction volumes, multiple sales channels, inventory-related transactions, and accounts payable/receivable. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments. Assist with accounts receivable and customer/payment reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and accounting records. Record and reconcile financial transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain organized financial files and documentation. Assist with financial reporting and provide accounting information as requested. Support the Finance team with audits, tax preparation, and other financial projects. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems. Strong Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Finance and Operations teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution, or inventory-based businesses is strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Experience with inventory accounting or product-based businesses. Experience processing sales tax and multi-state e-commerce transactions. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required with relevant experience. Why Join Aosom?
