The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent customer service skills to effectively handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Duties Process and post all incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct account analysis to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and send out invoices to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Manage collections by following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans when necessary. Collaborate with other departments, including public accounting and financial services, to resolve any billing issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing and payment processes. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Skills Strong analytical skills for effective account analysis and reconciliation. Knowledge of medical billing practices is a plus. Familiarity with technical accounting principles and public accounting standards. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to work independently while also being a team player within the finance department. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
