AR/Chargebacks

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience managing high-volume retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations Handle chargebacks from start to finish, including research, dispute resolution, and recovery Work directly with big box retailers to manage deductions, compliance requirements, and account discrepancies Monitor aging reports and drive collections on outstanding balances Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track AR performance and support process improvements

What We're Looking For:
