Our HOA departments serve more than 40 homeowner associations, providing exceptional community management and financial services. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HOA Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage a variety of accounting functions related to homeowner associations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with industry standards. Your work will support the financial health of our communities by handling data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting with precision and professionalism. Duties Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using various financial software Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data Manage journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining strict data security protocols Conduct bank statement reconciliations and review account activity for discrepancies Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports for management review Support customer service efforts by addressing homeowner inquiries related to billing and account status Experience Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally involving HOA or property management accounting Familiarity with accounting systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with financial software Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment Join us at Liberty Property Management as an HOA Accounting Clerk and become part of a dedicated team that values excellence, continuous learning, and community impact.
