Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will help us streamline our financial processes, support budgeting efforts, and produce clear financial reports that inform strategic decisions. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations Process payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections Reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain precise financial records and identify discrepancies Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) if experience with this Maintain general ledger accuracy through detailed account analysis and double-entry bookkeeping practices Assist with budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and providing financial insights to support decision-making Skills Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation accurately Solid grasp of financial concepts including debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial report writing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines Join us to be a vital part of a team committed to precision in financial management! Pay:
