Job Summary Job Summary The District Bookkeeper position is a confidential role in the District Office. The District Office consists of the District Secretary/HR person, the Chief Business Officer, and the Superintendent, in addition to the Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper works closely with the CBO to maintain the district's finances and financial records. You will be in charge of payroll, placing orders, paying bills, reimbursements, maintaining accurate and organized financial records, district deposits, etc.. We are seeking a flexible, organized, and efficient individual who can work on their own and as a team. This person must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, and sometimes stressful, environment. Our current office environment is fun, friendly, flexible, but hardworking.
