AP Clerk Advanced Innovative Technology Corp - 2.2 Redlands, CA Job Details $21 - $26 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining records of invoices and payments. This role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and timely payment of obligations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Working with another team member responsible for handling or contributing to all Accounts Payable functions, including but not limited to the following: Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals. Sort and distribute incoming mail Process check requests Audit and process credit card bills Compile funding requests Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation. 1099 maintenance, including ensuring that vendors are set up correctly in the ERP. Respond to all vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies Assist in month end closing Data entry Accurately maintain files and documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Previous Accounts Payable experience Strong data entry skills (fast & accurate) Proficient with Excel Good customer service skills Good accounting skills Self-starter with strong self-initiative Detailed oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Minimum Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of related experience Working Conditions and Physical Effort Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to15 pounds at times.
