Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rosemead, CA, supporting a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys accurate data entry, customer invoicing, accounts receivable support, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping. The Accounting Clerk will join a fast-paced, team-oriented accounting department where accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication are valued.   • Prepare, process, and maintain accurate customer invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Post payments, support accounts receivable activity, and assist with customer account updates.
  • Perform account reconciliations and research billing discrepancies to help maintain accurate records.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized financial files, customer account information, and accounting data.
  • Assist with collections, month-end close tasks, and general administrative accounting support. Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:
    $48,000 to $56,000 per year.

    Rosemead, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment processing functions.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and financial documentation.
  • Perform reconciliations and assist with discrepancy research and resolution.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support during month-end close and ongoing projects.
  • 2+ years of accounting clerk, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, or related accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience entering, reviewing, and maintaining financial data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced accounting environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle financial information with discretion and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar accounting systems.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or accounting clerk experience.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar high-volume business environment.
