Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including commission tracking, expense tracking, employment payroll, and bank reconciliations Perform data entry with high accuracy into spreadsheets and other productivity software to track financial and administrative information Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping functions and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong computer literacy including data entry, spreadsheets, and technical proficiency in productivity software Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us to be part of an energetic team that values initiative, precision, and excellent service!
