We're building out a bench of bookkeepers to support our client engagements, working alongside our controllers and CFOs. This is contract work (1099), part-time and flexible, across multiple clients rather than one full-time role. What you'll do: Day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, reconciliations, transaction coding Keep QuickBooks accurate and current for assigned clients Flag anything that looks off to the controller overseeing the account Work inside each client's existing tools and processes What we need from you: Solid bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks required Comfortable managing more than one client's books at a time Detail-oriented and organized. Nobody's checking your work line by line Based in the Greater Sacramento area Good fit if you want flexible, part-time work and like variety across different businesses.
