full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist Sacramento, CA (onsite) $25-28/hr Are you someone with at least one year of accounting experience looking to work with a great team with growth opportunities? Do you have good excel skills, and experience supporting with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable? We are looking for an accounting professional for a new job opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This onsite role would be excellent for someone who can support with different accounting tasks supporting an accounting leader. Responsibilities:

Process high-volume accounts payable including invoice review, coding, and vendor payments Support accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash applications, and tracking outstanding balances Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions Respond to vendor and internal inquiries related to AP/AR activity Provide general support to the Accounting Manager, including ad hoc reporting and month-end close assistance

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
