Job Summary Job Summary The Bookkeeper assists SVCTE program staff with financial record keeping, purchase order processing, and account tracking. The incumbent maintains secondary spreadsheet records reconciled with the District's QSS accounting software, communicates account balances to instructors and administrators, adheres to cash-handling and credit-card procedures, and provides support for absence reporting and substitute coordination.
