Newhall, CA Job Details Full-time $28 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Sage Filing Financial records management Construction industry experience Accounting error correction Full Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist duties and responsibilities Receive and process incoming accounts payable invoices and related documents for approval Prepare and process invoices in SAGE, accurately and timely Review and verify Vendor Monthly Statements Establish new vendors in accordance with company policies Identify and resolve any discrepancies between Daysheets and invoices Answers and direct phone calls Maintain 1099 vendor files for accuracy and up to date W9's for tax reporting Prepare and process some vendor payments Management and reconciliation of multiple credit card accounts Office and Job Supply order placement and management Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Experience Qualifications:
Accounting experience in Construction environment, preferred
