Job Summary A growing organization in the travel, transportation, and tourism industry is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Accounting Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in South El Monte, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable supporting accounts payable, general accounting, spreadsheet maintenance, and month-end close activities. The Bilingual Mandarin Accounting Clerk will work in a collaborative office environment with supportive leadership, strong benefits, and opportunities to build practical accounting experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, teamwork, and contributing to the smooth operation of a busy accounting department. Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions and support general accounting activities.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and accounting records.
- Assist with procurement requests for office supplies and related administrative accounting needs.
- Support month-end closing activities, including account review, documentation, and reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy in daily accounting processes.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors as needed in Mandarin and English. Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $62,000 per year.
