The Opportunity We are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Equipment Repair Technician to service both hot-side cooking equipment and cold-side refrigeration equipment, and perform expert repairs on essential warewashing and prep equipment.

You will be working on:

Hot-side :

ovens, ranges, broilers, fryers, combi ovens, steam kettles, skillets

Cold-side :

refrigerators, freezers, walk-ins, prep stations

Warewashing and Prep Equipment :

slicers, mixers, dishwashers, warewashing systems Strong experience with combi ovens is highly valued. If you specialize in either hot-side or cold-side only, we still encourage you to apply. + Paid Holidays Annual Performance-Based Bonuses Employee Discounts Overtime Opportunities Professional and supportive team culture What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including hot-side, cold-side, slicers, mixers, dishwashers, and warewashing systems Perform expert-level electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Specialize in complex systems, including combi ovens and high-volume warewashing systems Communicate clearly and professionally with customers: explain root causes, repair options, and best practices Maintain accurate service documentation and organized service vehicles Stay up-to-date with manufacturer updates, service bulletins, and new technologies Participate in emergency service rotation — only once every 4 to 6 weeks What We're Looking For 5+ years experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment (hot-side, cold-side, warewashing, and prep equipment) Proven experience repairing slicers, mixers, dishwashers, and warewashing systems Strong combi oven experience preferred and highly valued 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience CFESA Certification preferred , but not required Exceptional mechanical aptitude and pride in quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, responsible, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available depending on workload Overtime opportunities available On-call weekends only once every 4 to 6 weeks (fair rotation, not every weekend) Take the Next Step If you are a serious technician who takes pride in your craft and wants to join a company that respects, supports, and rewards real skill, apply today .
