Role Overview As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk , you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounts receivable/payable processes . You will support both internal teams and external clients by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with account reconciliation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our administrative and financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication/customer support. Managing open AR customer balances Customer payment processing and deposit experience Credit memo processing Research account inquiries Heavy data entry General office duties (answer incoming calls, filing, maintaining office supplies, and other clerical tasks as assigned by management) Accounts Payable Reconciliation of vendor payable packets Prepare and enter payables for processing Reviewing statements Processing intercompany warehouse transactions

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Bookkeeping experience preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Strong customer service skills + ability to follow through Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated in a team culture Solution-oriented Experience with Accounts Payable processes Experience with Accounts Receivable processes
