Accounting Coordinator Boulder, CO | $65,000-$75,000 Looking to build your accounting career with a stable, established organization where you can gain exposure beyond just one area of accounting? We're partnering with a respected property management company in Boulder seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join its collaborative accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting, AP/AR, administrative, or property management experience who wants to strengthen their accounting skills, learn the financial side of real estate, and grow within a stable organization. Why You'll Love This Accounting Coordinator Opportunity Build well-rounded accounting experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, reconciliations, month-end support, and portfolio accounting. Gain valuable real estate exposure while learning how the accounting function supports multiple properties and day-to-day operations. Work alongside experienced accountants and leadership who can provide mentorship and opportunities to expand your skills. Take ownership of important processes rather than being limited to repetitive transactional work. Join a stable, established organization with a collaborative team environment, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career potential. What You'll Do as the Accounting Coordinator Coordinate invoice processing, approvals, documentation, and vendor setup. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice tracking, payment documentation, collections support, and tenant communications. Assist with security deposit activity, insurance documentation, corporate charge allocations, and other property-related accounting processes. Serve as a resource for tenants and vendors regarding accounting-related questions and documentation. Partner with Property Accountants to gather information and resolve outstanding items for month-end close. Maintain organized and accurate financial records across multiple properties. Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, organization, and efficiency. What We're Looking for in an Accounting Coordinator Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, property management, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or another accounting/property management system is a plus, but not required. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. The Accounting Coordinator will earn $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience. If you're looking for an opportunity to build your accounting foundation, gain exposure to real estate and property accounting, and take on meaningful responsibility, this Accounting Coordinator position could be a great next step in your career. #INSEP2026
