Campion, CO (hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 remote) Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper coding and approvals. Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching against purchase orders and receiving documents. Review invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and work with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and other electronic payments. Maintain vendor records, including new vendor setup, W-9 documentation, and updates to vendor information. #AO9Benefits
