IME is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounting Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with customer service while working in a fast-paced professional environment. What You Will Do Maintain and prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) files and reports. Record and process daily deposits and incoming payments. Maintain and prepare Accounts Payable (AP) files and reports. Issue AP checks and process vendor payments. Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks. Enter and reconcile company credit card transactions. Pay approved bills using company credit cards. Accept and process client credit card payments. Record daily bank activity and operational cash transactions. Assist with billing and invoicing processes. Annual 1099 preparation, reporting and filing. Respond professionally to accounting-related inquiries from doctors, clients, vendors, and team members. Qualifications Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable. 3 years experience or a degree in accounting preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, pvt tables and other formulas) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Professional customer service skills and a positive attitude. Why Join IME?
