Responsibilities:
Support the Business Manager in Training and coaching the Finance team Ensure compliance updating. Advise sales staff of how to maximize the reserve opportunities. Update Business Manager/GSM on any problematic deals. Responsible for watching and updating the Cash In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in DealerBible for all unfunded deals. Work with sales staff to reconcile fund delays. Responsible to check reserve payments and contact banks when funds are short. Maintain 210 (A/R) and 262A (Due to Finance) schedules, reconcile weekly. Maintain deposit log, ensure accuracy. Send 'Titles Due' list weekly.Requirements:
6+ months Business Assistant experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent required Able to use/learn to use: dealer DMS system, Microsoft Office Products, Google Suite and other software products as required. Excellent process orientation and extremely accountable for self and sales operations. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Why Schomp:
