Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk Pay:
$22-$24/hr
DOE Location:
100% In-Office We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounts payable invoices. Match invoices with packing slips and shipping documents as applicable. Prepare and enter invoices into the ERP system. Review purchase order receipts, quantities, and amounts for billing accuracy. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized AP records, including filing and scanning documents. Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing accounts payable experience required. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Team-oriented mindset. Associate degree in Accounting or related field. Knowledge of Colorado sales and use tax.
