Accounts Payable Specialist Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage intercompany invoices and ensure proper coding and compliance Handle invoice processing and discrepancies, vendor maintenance, and vendor payments Assist in month-end close processes Code invoices accurately to the general ledger accounts Work cross-functionally with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies Make sure that vendor documentation (such as W-9 forms) is up-to-date and meets compliance standards Communicate with vendors via phone or email

Qualifications:

2 years of full-cycle (3-way-match) Accounts Payable experience or more Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and great communication skills Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed What's In It for
