Job Description
Commercial electrical contracting company in Bridgeport, CT, is hiring an AP/AR Specialist to manage our day-to-day accounting and. What You'll Do Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and customer billing. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and manage files on our shared drive. Reconcile accounts and support month-end close, coordinating with project managers on billing schedules. What We're Looking For Experience in AP/AR, ideally in construction or a related trade. Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage deadlines across multiple active projects. Requirements Must be strong in QuickBooks Online Must be strong in Excel Must be strong in Share Drive (file management)
