Duties Manage data entry and maintain accurate records within accounting systems such as QuickBooks. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment reconciliation Support general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, bank categorization Conduct bank statement reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy and compliance Handle confidential information with integrity while managing sensitive financial data securely Support payroll processing ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll data entry Work directly with the CFO and COO Help with restaurant coordination and planning Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business operations preferred Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with clients and internal team members Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly Self motivated with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, or general bookkeeping is a plus Join us as an Operations/Accounting Assistant to be a vital part of a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence.
