Flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week) Consistent hours with flexibility to fit your schedule Relaxed and supportive workplace culture Opportunity to work directly with company leadership Diverse responsibilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general accounting Stable, long-term opportunity with an established organization Responsibilities of the AP/AR Specialist Process and verify invoices, ensuring pricing and quantities are accurate Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while maintaining accurate financial records Enter and reconcile daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, deposits, and bank activity Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and month-end accounting processes Prepare financial reports and maintain organized accounting files Support sales and use tax documentation and recordkeeping Update financial data within the ERP system (X3) and maintain electronic records Balance petty cash and provide occasional administrative support, including answering phones and greeting visitors as needed Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment
Compensation Salary:
