Accounts Payable Specialist/Office Coordinator Location:
Newark, DE Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time or Part Time (minimum of 25 hours per week) 5 Days Onsite Our client, a reputable a residential heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services company is seeking a reliable and organized Accounts Payable Specialist/Office Coordinator to join their team in Newark, DE. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, supporting coworkers, and providing professional service to visitors, clients, and vendors. Accounts Payable experience is required. What You'll Do Maintain organized paper and digital filing systems Perform Accounts Payable duties and related administrative tasks Label, update, organize, and retrieve files and documents Gather and prepare documents and files for coworkers and reports Monitor and maintain office supply inventories Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors Sort, distribute, pick up, and send mail Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Operate office equipment including scanners, copiers, shredders, and postage machines Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues when needed Complete quality work accurately and within established deadlines Work independently while communicating and coordinating effectively with coworkers What We're Looking For Previous Accounts Payable experience Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Familiarity with common office equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when moving files and office items Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen Why Consider This Opportunity?
