Job Requirements 5-6 years of accounting experience. Strong Accounts Payable operations experience. Experience with general ledger posting. Experience performing bank reconciliations. Experience performing credit card reconciliations. Experience managing daily accounting transaction flow. Experience coding and posting general administrative expenses. Experience reviewing AP entries prior to posting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, tracking, and reporting. Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting activities. Preferred Skills Experience in inventory, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Experience managing COD transactions. Experience with cash flow monitoring. Experience executing vendor and operational payments. Experience maintaining high-volume AP transaction records. Job Responsibilities Process daily Accounts Payable transactions. Code and post general administrative expenses. Review AP entries for accuracy before posting. Maintain daily transaction flow and accounting records. Manage daily COD transactions. Post transactions to the general ledger. Monitor cash flow and upcoming payment requirements. Execute approved payments. Perform credit card reconciliations. Perform bank reconciliations. Support month-end close activities. Prepare financial reports and reconciliation schedules. Maintain AP tracking and reporting files using Excel. Support additional accounting responsibilities as operational needs expand.
