The Company is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two (2) years of Accounting experience responsible for daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping. Custom Carts is the largest golf cart dealership in Florida with 13+ locations and we continue to be in growth mode. Ultimately, the business seeks to hire the right candidate for the long-term. Responsibilities:

Reconciling and posting daily bank deposits to the general ledger. Processing and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Recording and tracking cart inventory and purchase invoices Reconcile inventory floor plans. Reconciling Intercompany transactions. Processing manufacturer warranties. Assisting with month-end close and special projects. Research and respond to daily inquiries on timely basis from our internal staff and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Two to three years minimum experience in accounting is required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, preferred. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Solid communication skills and time management skills. Automotive experience preferred

Pay:

$50,000-$55,000 annual, dependent on experience No Benefits offered at this time.
