The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with Quickbooks, and familiarity with financial concepts. Assist with general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliation. Perform balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy Enter data accurately into accounting software QuickBooks. Support tax preparation activities and governmental accounting requirements. Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions. Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks. Familiarity with financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and balance sheet management Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in account analysis and reconciliation tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
