Accurately and reconcile cash, check, wire, and ACH payments across multiple bank accounts daily. Pull daily bank reports, lockbox files, and Excel reports to ensure accurate data entry and transaction logging. Conduct payment research on ambiguous, misallocated, or missing payments to ensure accurate account posting. Reconcile unapplied cash balances on a weekly basis to meet established department metrics. Partner closely with internal departments—including Sales and Accounts Payable—to resolve discrepancies, process chargebacks, and provide information for customer forms. Adapt to evolving accounting workflows, taking on expanded responsibilities such as task routing to AP and advanced chargeback resolution as system training progresses.
