Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Excel skills to support daily accounting operations. This role will handle financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entriesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivablePerform bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare and maintain financial reports using Microsoft ExcelAssist with month-end and year-end closeManage invoicing, billing, and collections follow-upEnsure proper documentation and filing of financial recordsSupport audits and assist with ad hoc accounting projecSimilar remote jobs
