Type:

full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lease Administrator to support the administration and management of commercial real estate leases. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate lease records, monitoring critical dates, processing lease-related transactions, and coordinating with internal teams, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update lease records, abstracts, databases, and electronic files. Review lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation for accuracy. Track critical lease dates, including expirations, options, rent increases, renewals, and notice periods. Prepare and maintain lease abstracts and summaries. Process and monitor rent, operating expense, CAM, tax, and other lease-related charges. Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and lease-related payments. Communicate with tenants, landlords, property managers, attorneys, and internal departments regarding lease matters. Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and other documentation as needed. Monitor compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations. Research and resolve lease discrepancies and billing issues. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive lease and financial information. Prepare reports and provide lease data and documentation to management. Support audits, financial reporting, and other special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, property management, accounting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of commercial lease terminology and documentation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with lease administration or property management software is a plus. Ability to analyze contracts, financial information, and lease data. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
