Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in accounts payable and dealership accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and supporting documentation. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Process payments by check, ACH, and electronic transfer. Monitor payment schedules and resolve vendor discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding balances. Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and accruals. Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconciliations. Communicate with vendors. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred. Dealership management software experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements Timeliness, reliability, and accuracy in completing assigned work. Must be able to work Full-Time. Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. Must have clean and valid driver's license.
