We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support across a variety of accounting and administrative functions, including: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Process invoices, payments, customer accounts Perform accurate data entry and account reconciliation Maintain accounting records and files Assist with customers and vendor inquiries Maintain organized electronic and paper files Assist with month-end and other accounting-related processes as needed Learn and utilize software specific to the security and alarm industry Assist with special projects and other accounting responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

: Minimum of three (3) years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience. Working knowledge of AP/AR and basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Excellent computer and data entry skills Ability to learn new software and industry-specific programs Professional and courteous customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
