Overall Responsibilities :

Responsible for a variety of activities associated with the Company accounts receivable function, including but not limited to; invoice processing, cash applications, credit processing, discrepancy resolution and collections. Performs general accounting type duties as assigned. Processes and mails invoices. Applies cash as received. Advises Controller of any problems identified with receivables. Processes approved credits. Resolves discrepancies in billing. Contacts customers regarding outstanding receivables. Prepares weekly and monthly commission reports for Company manufacturing representatives. Prepares bank reconciliations. Perform other related accounting type duties. Performs such other duties as assigned. Prepares daily loan and collateral report Runs and files standard month end accounting reports Maintains all accounting files, active and archived. Processes and mails invoices Issues monthly statements to customers per request Applies cash as received Processes approved credits Resolves discrepancies in billing Contacts customers regarding outstanding receivables Advises CFO of any problems identified with receivables Prepares monthly commission reports for company manufacturing representatives Completes Credit Inquires on New Customers Updates customer master files with contact information and credit terms Notifies Program manager of customers being placed on credit hold Enters all wire transfers into the bank web site Completes all banking transactions Ensures payroll files for accuracy Assures all monies are available for all Payroll needs (Taxes, Checks, Direct Deposits and Garnishments) and payroll fees Education and Experience for the

Minimum of a high school diploma/GED Prior experience preferred, but not required up to five (5) years or less. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
